We have the knowledge, experience, and equipment to provide you with options. We want you to be able to make informed choices that best meet your needs.
How many Honey Buckets will I need for my construction job site?
One Honey Bucket will accommodate up to 10 workers per 40-hour work week when serviced one time per week. This rate of 1 to 10 is also the ANSI standard for our industry. If you have special hours, unusual requirements, or any questions regarding service and pricing, contact our customer service department at 800-562-4442.
What geographic area does Honey Bucket service?
We service major areas of Washington, Oregon, Utah and California. We can also sometimes service areas outside of these boundaries. Just give us a call at 800-562-4442 and an area representative will help you with your questions.
What minimum service is performed each week for my restroom that stays on route or site?
- Evacuate the holding tank
- Remove debris
- Scrub and sanitize all surfaces including the walls, urinal, toilet seat, and floor
- Add fresh water and deodorant solution to tank
- Replenish supplies
- Complete or schedule needed repairs
- Sign and date service log sticker in each unit.
What if my unit is inaccessible for service?
Our driver will make all reasonable attempts to service the unit(s). The unit will be cleaned, and supplies restocked. A “Red Tag” will be placed on the unit to indicate that we were on site but not able to do a complete service. It will be noted in your order as to why the unit was only partially serviced. If the unit is only partially serviced due to being blocked, unreachable, behind locked gates or the like, you may request us to return to the site prior to your next scheduled route day for an additional fee.
I would like to extend a thank you to Honey Bucket for their expedient service this afternoon. We had a very large structure fire in south Seattle and I ordered a Honey Bucket and it was delivered on site within 20 minutes of my phone call! Due to your teams response time we were able to allow the tenants to remain in the adjacent restrooms to the fire and continue operating their businesses without any interruptions. Thanks again and I’ll talk to you soon. Have a great day."
I’m just writing to pass on a positive experience I had and to say an extra ‘Thank You!’ to the folks that helped me out when I really needed it. Two days ago, Wednesday 6/5, I was down at West Bay Park in Olympia with my little 15-month boy. He was just starting to get cranky and I knew we should head home shortly, but first I stepped into the big Honey Bucket down there. Between doing my biz and trying to keep him from throwing a toy in the potty, I managed to watch my car keys slip between the wall and the “counter” that runs next to the toilet seat. A space that is securely bolted together and impossible to get to without tools. From there my kid’s mood – and in turn mine – went down the toilet. Pun intended. He was exhausted and needed to get home to rest, and so he proceeded to scream and cry for the next 45+ minutes straight. Meanwhile, I’m now sobbing and trying in vain to get in touch with my husband to bring the spare key. That failing, I called the number inside the can and reached a nice lady at Northwest Cascade. She heard my story and connected me with someone local, I believe. The man she connected me with then sent a message out for someone to respond as quickly as possible to come down and retrieve my keys. Although it felt like an eternity, it probably was only an hour – give or a take – from the time the keys fell to the time they were back in my hand. I could barely hear myself think over the crying, so I definitely missed getting anyone’s name, but I just had to reach out to let someone know how much I appreciated their help and quick action. And their willingness to stay on the phone to help me out over all the noise and dramatics."
I am writing to recommend the services of the Honeybucket. I have been using Honeybucket for the past few years, and have always been completely satisfied. They do an excellent job, are always punctual, and offer the most competitive rates in town.
We have used them on occasion on short notice and they have always made it a priority to respond quickly. They have been very reasonably priced, and have done exactly what we’ve asked of them.
I would also like to note the efficiency in which Mike James coordinates deliveries and cleanings on a weekly basis as it is nice to maintain strong communications.
I’m happy to recommend the services of Honeybucket."
