Our culture is dynamic and fast-paced. It combines open communication, employee involvement, tremendous teamwork, and a “can do” attitude that gets results for our customers. As Northwest Cascade/Honey Bucket grows, so do the opportunities for personal growth and advancement. This is not just hype. We are committed to promoting from within, and we provide supervisory and management training for those interested in expanding their skills. Five of our key managers started their careers on the fuel island – fueling trucks at night. Our Vice President of Honey Bucket started as a laborer. How’s that for personal growth opportunities!

Northwest Cascade/Honey Bucket is committed to sharing its success with those that made it possible. Every employee is eligible for an annual bonus. Employees who become supervisors or managers are offered the chance to become a shareholder. The company currently has more than 70 owners. The value of our stock has increased each year, providing a valuable long-term benefit.

Most of our production employees belong to one of three unions – Operating Engineers, Laborers, or Teamsters. All of our employees whether in a union or not enjoy 100% paid medical insurance, paid time off, education reimbursement, and a generous retirement plan.
